“We have high expectations for
our new Lamination area and chose to partner with Frees because of
their logical approach to controlling airflow. Frees brings the
engineering expertise and hands-on experience to deliver a
best-in-class air handling system. Frees has demonstrated
a true partnership with Tiara. Frees brings us to a higher level than
we would have achieved without them.”

"With the ever changing climate of environmental regulation
and compliance, we have found that it has become increasingly important
to align our company with an environmental and ventilation specialist.
Since 1993, Regal has consistently drawn on the expertise, engineering,
and execution of the Frees Company to meet our environmental compliance
needs. When it comes to ventilation, I have not found anyone more
qualified to provide our ventilation needs. I see the necessity
to partner with an environmental and ventilation specialist ...
We look to Frees to continue meeting that requirement for Regal."

"I'd like to once again express my sincere appreciation to
you, Ronnie, and the entire Frees team for the excellent engineering,
installation, and service that you have provided for Triton's new
production facility. We have never had a happier group of employees,
and we believe that our dust-free, cool environment is largely responsible
for their satisfaction. Not only was the entire job from start to
finish handled in a most professional manner, but it was especially
nice to work with a company who came in under budget."

You and the staff at Frees, Inc. provided excellent service to
us at Skeeter/Yamaha. You and your team worked closely with our
implementation team from initial concept through completion. Our
facility is now state of the art, with styrene levels well below
50 ppm and affordable climate controls that keep us between 75 and
82 degrees year round. Best of all, the project came in on schedule
and under budget.
David M. Kesar
Vice President
Maverick Boat Company, Inc.

"... Thank you for your decision to replace the current fans with
your tried and true units. I am much more comfortable with using
product that [Frees has] a history of performance. Also everyone
that I have dealt with at Frees, Inc. has been extraordinarily competent
and concerned with my satisfaction. To date we are very happy in
general with our units, and would not hesitate to recommend Frees
to anyone. You have done an exemplary job of assembling a great
team to produce a great product."

"I had never been a proponent of attempting to control air quality
in a large open area. I felt that small individual spray booths
would be the only way to accomplish our goals. I'm glad to say I
was wrong. This is an excellent work place. The styrene levels are
next to nothing and the consistent temperature throughout the shop
is hard to believe. The even temperature, along with the good air
flow, does not allow styrene accumulation in the low areas of the
molds. This allows for a more even cure and improves the finish
quality. It also reduces the chance of the part pre-releasing from
the mold. A combination of all these has allowed us to improve quality,
reduce cycle time of our molds and, most of all, it's given us a
healthy place to work."

Gary

VP/General Manager
Sea Ray Boats, Inc.
Tellico Lake Facility
Vonore, Tennessee
"After investigating several unsuccessful means of ventilating
the lamination area of our Tellico Lake facility, I had the opportunity
to view ventilation systems installed in other boat manufacturing
plants by Frees, Inc. I was impressed with my findings. We contracted
with Frees, Inc. to design and install a system for our lamination
area. We required one which would accommodate a production rate
200 boats per week and would guarantee to reduce styrene levels
to 50 ppm or below. During the course of installation, Frees, Inc.
has been receptive to our needs paying particular attention to detail
and fine tuning of problem areas. The results speak for themselves.
After completion, the styrene levels have been reduced to 23 ppm.
I recommend that any company looking at ventilation systems of this
scope contact Frees, Inc. for an evaluation and quote."

Manager of Plant Engineering & Corporate Construction
U.S. Marine / Bayliner

"Ronnie Free and his company has installed approximately 18
systems in our plants during the last five year period. In every
case have been under extremely tight schedules from the construction
start date to our operation deadlines for these facilities. Ronnie
and his entire staff have been very responsive to all of our needs
and has never once failed to meet a "need" date. This
has been accomplished not only in support of a very tight construction
schedule, but in many different locations throughout the United
States. His constant effort to upgrade and give us a very good value
package has resulted in an excellent business and professional
relationship.
"I, personally, have visited many boat manufacturing operations
throughout the country and I have not found either lamination makeup
air systems or dust collector systems that have been installed which
accomplish what we have been able to accomplish with Frees, Inc.,
for the dollar expenditure.
"Not only has the work been of a very professional nature,
but the continued effort to give an improved, quality system, while,
at the same time, reduce and minimize cost expenditures, has been
very successful. I highly recommend Frees, Inc., for any system
requiring makeup air and dust collection because they will truly
address your problems in your product flow and work areas."

Plant Engineer
WNA Carthage, Inc.

"You and your staff at Frees provided excellent service to
us in engineering, designing, and installing a ventilation system
with evaporative cooling for the manufacturing area of our plant.
The project was completed on time and within budget. This system
has provided better air distribution and improved comfort levels
in this work area. At first, there were questions about evaporative
cooling and the performance of that type of system in this area
of the country. Let this letter be testimonial to the effectiveness
of the evaporative cooling system as it applies to a manufacturing
facility.
"We have been very satisfied with the services Frees has
provided to install the evaporative cooling and ventilation system
in our manufacturing area."

"MFG wishes to become a distinguished, major league provider
of composite solutions for our customers. To accomplish this mission,
we must upgrade and elevate all aspects of our business. A central
part of our continuous improvement includes the quality and cost
of operating our manufacturing facilities. We seek long-term relationships
with suppliers who are excited about and willing to assist us. We
believe that Frees can play a major role in our development. MFG/Texas
is certainly a challenging task for us and we thank you for your
continuing assistance and support."

"It is always a pleasure to announce good news, especially
when we work so hard to achieve the results. You have told us it
could be done and the results prove you right. I am speaking of
the results of our styrene vapor emission testing. Each employee
tested was under 12 p.p.m and greater than half did not exceed 5
p.p.m.
"Our customers depend on us to provide the highest quality
products and count on us to be here in the long term. It is critical
that we have an air make up system efficient to operate. With your
engineering expertise and knowledge, a system was designed to meet
our particular needs and allowed us to achieve our objective."

Owen Maxwell
Vice
President
Regulator Marine, Inc.
Edenton, NC
"I am writing to let you know how happy Regulator is with its Frees
ventilation system. I can even go further by telling you that we are thrilled by
all of the services that Frees has provided to us over the past 6 years. We
count Frees as a part of our Regulator team. We are so happy in fact that we are
planning an expansion of our existing system by lengthening it as well as
upgrading the controls and motors on our current system. Thank you, Frees, for
helping us to achieve our mission."

Jeff Gaskell
Fiberglass Division Manager
Trail Wagons, Inc.

"Frees installed an air handling system in our new composites facility in
Yakima, WA in December of 1999. Design, fabrication, installation and start-up
services were all handled professionally. Follow-up, technical and operational
data and information exchanges from facility start-up have been prompt, clear
and concise. Our relationship with Frees will be long-lasting and at any time
Frees is welcome to use our compliant facility as a showcase for their
performance."
"Frees installed evaporative cooling in our
lamination room the summer of 2003. We are extremely pleased with the system. In
fact, it is so comfortable, the rest of the plant wants to move to that area of
the building."

Aaron Meyer
Project Manager
McNeilus Companies
Dexter, MN
"I was selected by my Company to find a ventilation system for our new
composites factory. After extensive review we found the Frees system to fit all
of our needs. From design and implementation to installation and start-up we
have been impressed with this system."

Paul Simpson
President
Kitchener Fibreglass Products Limited
Ontario, Canada
"I would like to express my appreciation to Ronnie Free and his organization
for their timely design and installation of the Directed Air Flow system, dust
control system and Free-Cool system in our facility. These improvements have
turned the least desirable work area of our plant into a state of the art
facility.
Working in our new environment of low styrene exposure and improved dust
collection has improved the morale and productivity of our employees. Employees
have commented on how nice it is to work in comfortable temperatures that the
Free-Cool System provides. The additional benefits of this installation are
many, but to us, improved flow of production, increased productivity,
improvements in the quality of our parts through consistent temperature control,
attracting new employees and satisfying regulations of styrene exposure, are
key.
Being located in Canada, I believed we would have encountered some difficulty
with this installation. This was not the case. David Long, the site supervisor
and the all the staff at Frees did their utmost to ensure this installation was
completed in a timely and professional manner. All their staff were extremely
friendly and helpful in every respect.
Contracting Frees to address ventilation needs may be one of the best
business decisions Kitchener Fibreglass has ever made. We have further
improvements in mind and we will not hesitate to contact Ronnie when it comes to
ventilation in the future."
