Port of Bellingham's TDC Grand Opening

The Grand Opening celebrated completion of the Waterfront Innovation Zone: Technology Development Center. With programs from both Western Washington University and Bellingham Technical College, this facility will be a regional hub for applied research and technical training.
The vent system behind the speakers is a Free's DUST-FREE System, a state of the art particle filtration system that ensures the highest level of worker safety available. When working with harmful substances or materials workers enjoy a safe, OSHA inspected and approved work environment.

9/25/2009Frees, Inc. (of Shreveport, LA) is pleased to announce that it has settled its litigation with Southeast Building Solutions, Inc. (Ventilation Solutions) (of Oak Ridge, TN).
The litigation started several years ago when Frees filed suit to protect it’s proprietary rights, it's Frees Directed Air Flow Systems™ and Dust-Free Systems trade, which are ventilation systems developed by Frees to meet the special needs of the fiberglass-reinforced products industry.
Pursuant to the settlement, Southeast has agreed to purchase a license, pay royalties and other considerations to Frees, Inc for a period of 20 years.
Ronnie Free, President of Frees, stated “We are pleased to have this litigation successfully resolved, and we will endeavor to assist Southeast in continuing to offer the Frees’ technology in accordance with the terms of the license we have granted to Southeast.” Both Frees and Southeast will continue to offer, in a competitive manner, the Frees Directed Air Flow Systems™ and Dust-Free Systems™.

Frees Publishes new website
8/1/2009With the spring of the new year, Frees has published a new web site. In keeping with our philosophy of 'helping the customer' and modern day acceptance of the Internet Frees begins placing more emphasis on communication and ease of access to information. In support of this new tool Frees has also launched a Telephone/Internet Service Assistance program.
